I declare that I have ownership over all rights of economic use of the Project, none excluded, and that its content does not infringe on copyrights or other third parties rights, nor does it contain anything offensive or defamatory, and I therefore undertake to indemnify and hold harmless BeVOD from any claims by third parties.

If you selected “Free” on “Streaming price” dropdown menu
This authorization is issued completely free of charge and without compensation of any kind for the duration of one year and will automatically renew annually unless terminated with 15 days notice.

If you selected “USD 2.00” or “USD 5.00” on “Streaming price” dropdown menu
You will receive a royalty/revenue of the 100% from the selling of the streaming of your movie. Royalties will be paid from BeVOD within 90 days from the end of each solar semester.
The listing will have the duration of one year and will automatically renew annually unless terminated with 15 days notice. To complete this process, once your project have been selected, you have to subscribe a “Lifetime membership” on BeVOD. In case of missed subscription within 24 hours from the communication of accaptance of the listing, the project submitted will be published as “Free”.
